The island's only airport is just to the west of Arrecife, with the airport designator code ACE. In addition to the charter flights that serve Lanzarote from Northern Europe, there are scheduled flights operated to some of the other Canary Islands, to the Spanish mainland and to a few international locations, most notably London (Gatwick).

Some of the airlines serving Lanzarote (ACE) include: Iberia, Spanair, AirEuropa, EasyJet, Binter, Monarch, Thomsonfly, Thomas Cook, Hapag Lloid, Air Berlin, Jetair, Lauda Air, Aer Lingus, Ryanair and Jet2.

Sands Beach  is the perfect place for kitesurfers to stay, as our Resort is directly on the sea with access to the beach, the bars and restaurants of Costa Teguise and public transport to Famara which is only 20 minutes away and 15 minutes from the airport.

Our 1 bedroom superior apartments are very spacious, with aprox. 75 m² in which there are a separated bedroom, a complete bathroom, double sink, a kitchenette, a living room, satellite TV, direct phone and a terrace

• Special price for competitors two people sharing with half board is: 37 € per person per night (taxes incl.)
• For more than two people sharing, maximum 4 per apartment, price will be 31 € per person per day. • Beach front apartments supplement 5 € per person per day. • Friends or family sharing apartments with competitors: 40 € per person per day on half board basis as well.
• Special car prices group A from 25 € per day.

As we are hosting a basketball regional champion as well around those days, we would really recommend doing the reservation before the 15.02.11.
